Return Policy

Because we're a small, family-run business, every order is carefully made and packed with the same attention we put into creating our products! We want you to be happy with your purchase, while also maintaining safe and hygienic standards.

Soaps

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all handmade soaps are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps once they have been shipped out.

Soap Dishes

Unused soap dishes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the soap dish must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Not have been used with any soap or other personal care products.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on soap dishes that have been used with our soaps or any other soap products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
